Dr. Ollerman is President of INNOVA, Inc., an international consulting firm specializing in corporate innovation and creative problem solving. In addition, he founded the Institute for Collaborative Alliances which addresses America’s role in global mergers, acquisitions and business alliances.

His background includes expertise gained in the areas of global executive development and innovation at IBM, creativity, participative leadership, and team building at Motorola, Inc., statistical research for ITT Courier, Hartford Insurance Company and Dell Computer Corporation. He has also done executive leadership development for Amdahl Computers, Inc., United Technologies, Rohm and Haas, Inc., China Lake Naval Weapons Center, Point Magu Naval Weapons Center, US Naval Air Command, Lockheed Federal Systems, Power Company of Southern Scotland, Logoven Petroleum of Venezuela, Pepsico of Latin America and assistant director of the "Therapeutic Community" in Scotland.

Dr. Ollerman publishes a complimentary monthly executive newsletter, INNOVATIVE Times, on corporate innovation and creativity. In addition, he has published five business assessment instruments: Thinking Preference Inventory; Facilitator Intervention Profile; The Entrepreneurial Index; Deductive Thinking for Creative Problem Solving; and Creating Your Own Consultancy. These instruments are often used in developing corporate leadership and alliances in conjunction with his chapter on Executive Team Facilitation; Some Observations, published in Business Driven Action Learning: Global Best Practices. Most recently, he published twelve reference books relating to the formation of business alliances in twelve countries. These references are for executives interested in expanding their positions in global environments by forming alliances with foreign companies.

Prior experience includes his role as a Director of Behavioral Medicine in a large medical teaching hospital, an international seminar leader and consultant for 30 years, as well as holding undergraduate and graduate teaching positions on four university faculties of which two schools selected him as Professor of the Year.

Dr. Ollerman completed a NIMH Postdoctoral Fellowship in Community Psychology at Johns Hopkins Medical School, Department of Psychiatry in Baltimore, Maryland. He has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, a Masters degree in Experimental Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
